  • Yes! Short term rental offers great flexibility if you just want to make some extra income from your residential home while you are away on holiday, or when you are not using your holiday home. We simply make your property available for booking for the dates you want to host.

  • Payments from Airbnb normally process 24 hours after the guest has checked in, however your choice of payment method is also a factor. For the quickest returns, Pyika recommends choosing bank transfer, which takes an average of 3 business days to reflect in your bank account.

    Payments from Booking.com works a bit differently: Pyika will manage payments on your behalf and you will receive your earnings once per month.

  • In the event of an emergency at your property, Pyika will be the primary point of contact for your guests. We will organise any urgent maintenance and can deal with Airbnb and/or emergency services to resolve any emergency to the extent allowable. We can also lodge damage claims with Airbnb on your behalf.
